Flowmaster cemented its place in automotive lore more than 45 years ago when founder Ray Flugger created Flowmaster's first muffler to answer the call to quiet race cars on tracks around the country.  Flowmaster's innovative design was only half of the success formula however.  Flowmaster massaged a unique sound out of their mufflers that distinctly defined entire era of hot rods and musclecars.
