Weiand didn't start out as a famous performance parts manufacturer.  It started with a young man with an old Ford- who wanted to go faster.  Phil Weiand started out tuning an old Model T into his own personal racing machine, and though he crashed in 1934, crippling himself from the waist down, he only got faster, but this time, in the world of performance parts.  Today, Phil Weiand's legacy lives on in every Weiand dual quad intake and all other Weiand intake manifolds.  And they're only getting faster.
