Comments about Air Lift 57299 LoadLifter 5000 Leaf Spring Kit:
This is the first time I've installed such a product, but after about 4 to 5 hours I was able to get it done. I have a 2005 GMC 2500 Heavy Duty Duramax truck, but the RV I purchased is extremely heavy. So, when the 5th wheel RV was loaded down, the rear shocks and springs had a tough time handling the weight. After installing the air lifts, I put in about 50 to 75 pounds of air and it levels everything off nicely. It can get a little stiff when the RV isn't hooked up, but not a big deal because you just let a little air out and its back to stock. Great product for the money. I've had them installed for 2 seasons now and haven't had a problem yet.
