I have had this on my truck, 2010 f150 raptor for about 2 months now. The product is well made, easy to install and clean looking once installed. After letting the truck relearn the new airflow, ( in the manual) There were gains in both throttle response and mileage. The mileage seems to continue improving as well, so far about 1.5 mpg. Another thing I like is that it is very unobtrusive, other units I have used and heard would either whistle or roar on acceleration, but this one is relatively quiet. More of a stealth modification.
