I bought this to add a more aggressive sound to my camaro but it's not very aggressive at all. It does sound good but it's not the sound I expected from flowmaster. Even their demo video does not sound like the actual exhaust.

I installed this system on my 2011 Camaro SS after doing a ton of Youtube and forum searches. I wanted a 3" cat-back system to compliment the Magnuson blower and other mods I had my dealership install on the car. Definately noticed a slight improvement in performance over the stock system. My only complaint is that the sytem does pop and crackle when I let off the gas and it does drone at highway speeds (and this was after I called Flowmaster before ordering and asked if it popped or droned). The overall sound is fine but it annoys me enough that I'll probably have a set of resonators installed. Streetside was great though. Best prices by far on this and the shipping was quick and professional.

Great Price, easy install, great sound! Did have one fitment/alignment problem, but Flowaster sent me a new part, free of charge and with very little hassle. I was impressed at their response results. When accelerating sounds like a race car, but when cruising it is nice and quiet. Highly recommend.

Company... Awesome business practices with StreetSide Auto. Very easy transaction from beginning to end with the sales department. Even got the exhaust a day ahead of scheduled delivery.

Exhaust... I have never really liked FlowMaster because it seems like every Moostang owner or truck owner uses them. After researching many exhaust system and viewing enough vidoes of other exhaust systems until I wanted to pull my hair out, I kept going back to the FlowMaster American Thunder system and saying "perfect". It doesn't have a tinny, gurgle, burble, raspy or just plain loud sound. It is a deep lower decibel sound that hits you just right. This system is a 409 stainless system for an unbelieavable great price. Don't get lured into the sales pitch that T304 is better than T409, because it really isn't. Blowing your money on a $1200+ catback system is ignoranus and their sound is really not that great.

The Flowmaster american thunder series gave my camaro an awesome aggressive sound and nice power. The installation was a piece of cake and only took 30 minutes of time to do lying on my back with the car on wheel ramps. The instrucions were easy to follow and the hardware was stainless and heavy duty. No problems. This was the best way to go for me.
