II purchased this product in 2003 when I got my SUV as a bumper protector and hitch step. I was a great product that gave me years of satisfaction. Protection from nicks and dings and an easy way to get to the roof rack from the rear. My only concern was when it started to rust out about a year ago. Once it started it would not stop until it lost its power and was mashed in by car but saved my bumper. It was hard to find a replacement until I found your site. The purchase was neat sweet and could not be beat for speed and processing the transaction. I got the part in one day and no shipping. The price was very close to what I paid on 2003 so your pricing is on the money. Thanks and I look forward to purchaseing from you in the future

Really like this step, actually it's a second GoRhino step on my Explorer. I've had the first one for over 3 years, but recently it saved my bumper in rear end collision, so I had to replace it. I guess if not for that, I would have kept it for few more years.

This is a high quality item. Well made and it's been improved upon since Go Rhino first came out with it. Several online reviews indicate that the hitch step rattles because the fit is not tight enough in the hitch receiver(2"). Go Rhino now includes a small (but strong) "anti-rattle" brace that works very well. It's easy to install and I've used the step since putting it on my vehicle and the "anti-rattle" attachment stays solid. Great product and helps to keep people from tailgating. The only other improvement I could suggest is the inclusion of brake lights in the step(I personally would pay a little more for this feature) or at least some red reflective tape to apply to the hitch step. The black hitch step blends into a dark colored car and is a little too easy to miss. I purchased reflective tape at a local autoparts store and it looks great and allows people to notice the step better(so they don't get too close to it). Other than that, which is not a product flaw, it's a terrific item.
